SMS Terms

Pinnacle Partnerships Account Alerts are text messages sent to members and their clients who have given us a mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages relate to your account and your real estate transactions: one-time verification codes, meeting and booking confirmations and reminders, updates when something changes on a deal you are part of, and replies to messages you send to your Pinnacle number.

Texts are sent from Pinnacle Partnerships on behalf of the professional you work with. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Pinnacle Partnerships application or in Settings and ticking the box that says you agree to receive text messages, or by texting your Pinnacle number first.

Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from Pinnacle Partnerships or from any professional on the platform.

Message frequency varies with your activity. A quiet month may bring one or two texts; a deal nearing closing may bring several in a week.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Pinnacle Partnerships does not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing more unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at the email address below. You can also turn texts off in Settings at any time.

Text messages are supported on major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you change or give up your mobile number, update it in Settings so messages about your transactions do not reach someone else.

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are used only to deliver the messages described here. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Our messaging provider processes them solely to send and receive these messages.
